The hotel offered a spacious room and a good-sized bathroom. The bed, although a bit hard, was bearable. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including fresh cooked eggs, both western and eastern choices. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the local attractions.

The hotel was in dire need of some renovations. The rooms were old and tired, with patched-up areas that needed replacing.

The hotel’s location was next to Beijing Curio City, wangfujing street also was easily accessible. In the morning there was buffet breakfast. 15 mins on foot to the subway station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The hotel's location by the lake was perfect, providing a scenic and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, it was very convenient to get to a decent sized shopping mall for some retail therapy.

The staff was apalling. They took an £800 deposit wihtotu tellign me adn they I had to wat a week to get the money credited into my account. In the meantime I also paid for the hotel of course. I found the people in reception particularly rude. They have 3rd world wired internet you have to pay for. Not good fro 5* hotel.

There are few things we didn't like: 1. The quality service of the reception staff was extremely poor. They had no intention of resolving any issues with you or offering any solutions. 2. They tricked us with false room information and room rate online. The worst thing was they laughed at our face and said it was our fault for not knowing the price and room information. Well, maybe you should peer review your online information before you posting it. 3. The room was so small that even their staff said there was no place for extra bed, then walked away without a trace. 4. We had received the verbal abuse from the duty manager at 9pm over the phone, just because we went to seek help from him to sort things out. If you wish to book this hotel, please check whether the online information is correct or not. We left quickly after just one night. yuck!!

It is also within walking distance to an antique shop. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the bathroom is satisfactory, with good shower pressure and hot water. the service at reception is commendable, as they assist with ordering private cars and making restaurant reservations. the breakfast offers a wide selection and the staff is friendly. the hotel also provides facilities such as a fridge and a coffee machine in the rooms.

The hotel may have a slight cigarette smell in some areas, which may be bothersome to some guests.

it had plenty of exclusive amenities to offer. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were exceptional and great for relaxing after a long day. the restaurant had a great catering service and the bar/lounge area served delightful drinks. the location advantages were great - the hotel was near a subway stop, restaurants, and a supermarket.

The coffee/tea in the lobby was not the best and could be improved. this hotel was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
